Economists surveyed by Bloomberg estimated median job growth of 65,000 and a 4.3% unemployment rate.<\/p>\n<p>The jobs report was largely seen as overshadowed by geopolitical events, however. Crude prices moved higher in after-hours trading after military clashes erupted near the Strait of Hormuz.
