I&#8217;m using a set of 5-lb dumbbells, 2-lb ankle weights, and a heavy resistance band, but feel free to go heavier, lighter or skip the equipment. All moves are 45 seconds on \/ 15 seconds of rest (besides our core finisher) and we will not repeat any exercises.
