We are all on it. It has become increasingly important for brands and famous individuals to be on it in order to build their exposure and take control of their online narrative. Social media careers are an emerging employment sector. On today\u2019s episode of Careersbadger we hear from Tola Alade, CEO of Marmalade Collective, the social media agency that helps brands engage with underserved markets, primarily in Africa. This is achieved by Marmalade helping brands create messages, and use their influencer connections in these markets, to increase the exposure of the brand. We also hear from Joe O\u2019Connor, Senior Talent Manager and Creative at Ten Toes Media. Joe is football mad and has combined his love of football with his love of social. He manages the social media accounts of some of the world\u2019s biggest stars including Trent Alexander-Arnold, having also worked with David Beckham and Lewis Hamilton.
