ईरान-इजराइल और अमेरिका युद्ध के मद्देनजर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 11 मई को 24 घंटे में दूसरी बार देशवासियों को चेताया. उन्होंने कहा कि अगर कोरोना महामारी इस सदी का सबसे बड़ा संकट थी तो पश्चिम एशिया में युद्ध से बनीं परिस्थितियां इस दशक के बड़े संकटों में से एक है. लिहाजा प्रधानमंत्री ने देशवासियों से कई अपील की है.दरअसल युद्ध के कारण ईरान ने स्ट्रेट ऑफ होर्मुज बंद कर दिया है. दुनिया का लगभग 20 फीसदी तेल और 30 फीसदी LNG इसी मार्ग से गुजरती है.इसका असर यह हुआ है कि भारत का विदेशी मुद्रा जिसे हम सामान्य भाषा में खजाना कर सकते हैं वह तेजी से खाली हो रहा है और रूपया कमजोर पड़ रहा है.
