Happy Monday everyone!! Join me for a 35-minute full body power pilates workout! I’m using a set of 5-lb dumbbells, 2-lb ankle weights, and a heavy resistance band, but feel free to go heavier, lighter or skip the equipment. All moves are 45 seconds on / 15 seconds of rest (besides our core finisher) and we will not repeat any exercises. Let me know what you think in the comments below!
