Happy Monday everyone!! Join me for a 40-minute full body pilates sculpt workout! I’m using a set of 3-lb dumbbells and 2-lb ankle weights. All moves are 45 seconds on / 15 seconds of rest besides our burners at the end of each round. Let me know what you think in the comments below!
