Happy Monday everyone!! Join me for a 35-minute upper body & core pilates sculpt workout! I’m using a set of 2-lb wrist weights and 3-lb dumbbells, but feel free to go heavier, lighter or skip the equipment. All moves are 45 seconds on / 15 seconds of rest besides our finisher.
