Pilates sculpt incorporates weight lifting, barre, and yoga into the pilates fundamentals for a fun and effective workout that will get your heart rate more elevated than a typical mat pilates class but still no jumping!

This video will walk you through an at home, full body, pilates sculpt workout using optional props (optional to use weights and a block to elevate heels but not needed). Modifications are offered to elevate or soften, making this beginner friendly! No music and verbal cues to help guide your form.
