40 Min Full Body Pilates Sculpt Workout with Weights l Pilates x Strength
Hey my loves 🤍
Welcome back.
This week we’re introducing an optional block, a few harder variations and a brand-new glute and core finisher.
If you don’t have a block or it doesn’t feel right for your body today, simply leave it out and continue without it.
One thing I want you to notice throughout today’s workout is how we revisit some familiar movement patterns while introducing new challenges. That’s intentional.
Instead of constantly learning completely new exercises, you get the opportunity to move with more confidence, better control and stronger mind-muscle connection.
Focus on quality movement today and see if you can get just a little more out of each rep than you did before.
Let’s get started.
