Welcome to a 30 minute full body workout, Pilates x Strength, low impact and no jumping. We move through standing, side lying and supine sequences to train your whole body with light weights.
This month the sequences stay the same while the exercises change each week, so you keep building strength while every workout feels fresh. This is week one, your foundation, so take your time with the form.
