45 MIN FULL BODY PILATES SCULPT WITH WEIGHTS | SCULPT x STRENGTH | At-Home Mat Pilates | Butt, Arms, & Abs | Intermediate Pilates

Join me for a 45-minute full body pilates sculpt workout! This video has four sections:
1) Core & Obliques
2) Upper body
3) Lower body
4) Core Finisher

I’m using 3-lb & 5-lb dumbbells and 2-lb ankle weights, but feel free to go heavier or lighter. We will not repeat any exercises. Let me know what you think in the comments below!
