Happy Monday everyone!! Join me for a 40-minute full body pilates sculpt workout! I’m using a set of 3-lb dumbbells, 5-lb dumbbells, and 2-lb ankle weights, but feel free to go heavier, lighter or skip the equipment. All moves are 45 seconds on / 15 seconds of rest (besides our glute burner) and we will not repeat any exercises. Let me know what you think in the comments below!
