This workout is all about classic, effective strength movements to tone your entire body. No fancy, complicated exercises—just pure, high-quality work that gets results. Grab your dumbbells, find your space, and let’s sweat together!

WORKOUT STRUCTURE:
• Warm-up: 5 exercises (30 sec each, non-stop)
• Main Workout: 45 sec work / 15 sec rest
