Join in for a 30 minute TOTAL BODY SCULPT WORKOUT with NO REPEATS. Today I’ll be using two 10 LB weights, a bench (optional), and a mat. Intervals during the workout are 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. For the warm up and cool down we’ll have 30 seconds per move. So get ready to sculpt! π xox Mik
