Day 11 | Daily Lower Body Workout with Lilly Sabri (Booty Sculpt) | FREE Summer Challenge
Welcome to Day 11 of our FREE Summer Pilates x Strength Challenge βοΈ Today’s workout is a 20-minute Lower Body Pilates class with Lilly Sabri, designed to sculpt, strengthen and tone your glutes, legs and hamstrings through controlled Pilates movements.
If you’re looking for a booty workout at home, glutes workout, Pilates for legs and glutes, or a lower body toning workout, this class is for you! This is a pure booty sculpt session, targeting all layers of your glutes, including the muscles around your hamstrings and posterior chain that help lift, shape and strengthen your lower body π₯
For equipment, all you’ll need is a chair. We’ll be doing:
ππΌ Squats;
ππΌ Bulgarian squats;
ππΌ Glute bridges;
ππΌ Pulses and holds;
ππΌ Hamstring strengthening exercises;
ππΌ Glute activation movements.
Expect slow, controlled Pilates exercises that help build strength, improve muscle tone and create that strong, lifted glute feeling while keeping your core engaged throughout.
π In today’s workout, you can expect:
β Glute max activation;
β Side glute and lower body strengthening;
β Hamstring and posterior chain work;
β Lean legs Pilates exercises;
β Booty sculpting movements;
β Low-impact lower body burn.
This workout may be low impact, but you’ll feel the booty burn after it’s done π₯

Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we canβt choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.
I have hundreds of other home workouts available on my channel, so you can pick and choose which workouts you want to do, to not only make you build a strong body, but also feel amazing.
Please remember every body is different and we all progress at different rates. The fact that you have shown up and completed this workout is incredible. You should be very proud of yourself for taking the steps to improve not only your physical, but also your mental health.
