Olympian Rai Benjamin went to Paris with a mission to win gold in the 400m hurdles. He takes us through the workout he hit in the gym to become an Olympic champion. Track, and specifically the hurdles, requires a lot of explosive movements, which he trains through Olympic weightlifting.
