Happy Monday Youtube fam!! Join me for a SPICY 40-minute full body power pilates workout! I’m using a set of 5-lb dumbbells and 2-lb ankle weights, but feel free to go heavier, lighter or skip the equipment. All moves are 45 seconds on / 15 seconds of rest besides our burners at the end of each round. Let me know what you think in the comments below!
