Happy Monday everyone!!! Join me for a 45-minute full body pilates sculpt x barre workout! If you enjoy this style, I have LOTS of these on my members-only feed.
I’m using a chair for stability, a set of 3-lb dumbbells & 5-lb dumbbells, and 2-lb ankle weights. All moves are 45 seconds on / 15 seconds of rest besides our burners at the end of each round (no repeats!). Let me know what you think in the comments below. LOVE YOU ALL!!
