Happy Monday!!! Join me for a 40-minute full body pilates sculpt workout! I’m using a set of 3-lb dumbbells, 5-lb dumbbells, and 2-lb ankle weights. All moves are 45 seconds on / 15 seconds of rest besides our burners at the end of each round (no repeats!). Let me know what you think in the comments below. LOVE YOU ALL!!
