Join me for a 30-minute full body pilates sculpt workout (no-repeats)! I’m using 5-lb dumbbells and a medium resistance booty band, but feel free to use whatever you have at home. This workout has 3 sections — all of our moves will go 45 seconds on / 15 seconds of rest. This at-home mat pilates workout is designed to help you burn fat and tone muscle with limited equipment.
