Happy Monday everyone!! I hope you’re all having a beautiful week and are able to wind down before the holidays. Join me for a 40-minute full body pilates sculpt workout! I’m using a set of 3-lb dumbbells and 2-lb ankle weights. All moves are 45 seconds on / 15 seconds of rest besides our burners at the end of each round.
