20 Min – LEGS ON FIRE – Lower Body Sculpt
Think you can’t get a great leg workout in 20 minutes? Well, this workout will prove that you CAN. Using dumbbells and “Regina Bands”, you will hit all major muscles in the lower body with effective exercises to sculpt and strengthen.
This is a 20 minute, no repeat workout
The timer is set for 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest with a 3 minute wall sit bonus challenge a finisher!
