Vagus Nerve Breathing – Calm the Nervous System & Control Ejaculation
Vagus nerve breathing is a simple exercise to activate the vagus nerve, which will calm down your nervous system. This is also an exercise which can be used during sex to control ejaculation. Practice this for 5 minutes per day, get good at it. Then try integrating it into sex – the longer you can hold the breath in, the more effective the practice will be for ejaculation control.
